Woman Who Said 'Love Is Love' Mad That Husband Loves Her Best Friend
Kathy Freeman wears her feelings on her sleeve. Her Facebook friends look forward to her full on transparency. She claims to have no filter, and is proud of it. But recently she entered into a sort of crisis.
Kathy is quick to jump on social media fads. So when there is a filter provided for your profile pic, she uses it. She adds flags from other countries whenever there is a terrorist attack or natural disaster. She adds ribbons to raise awareness for various diseases or disorders. And when the LGBTQ movement started promoting the "Love Is Love" theme, Freeman was the first among her friends to use the popular rainbow filter on her profile picture. She would even end her posts with #LoveIsLove. As with everything else, she was all in.
But recently Kathy found out that her best friend was having an affair with her husband. She was furious. True to form, she got on Facebook to let the world know how she felt about her husband and her best friend's betrayal. She ripped them up one side and down the other. Gone are the days of posting, "Anyone should be able to love whoever they want because all love is equal." Here are the days of posting, "If I ever catch you even looking at each other I will kill you both."
For his part, Ben Freeman is entirely confused, as is his mistress Jan. "We were totally surprised at Kathy's response. A few months ago she was adamantly against discrimination based on who someone chooses to love. Now she says that there are overarching relationship rules that people should not break. We just don't know what's up with her."
