Sarah Huckabee Sanders Clarifies Trump Statement On Foreign Affairs
White House Press Secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders came out today defending President Donald Trump's recent stataments regarding foreign affairs. In a recent interview with FOX News, the President was asked about his views on the current state of foreign affairs. He immediately began saying that he wasn't going to engage in talks inspired by "fake news reports, witch hunts, and people looking to become famous." If they wanted to know more, they should talk to his attorneys.
The media has been trying to figure out what America's foreign policy has to do with lawyers and witch hunts. The Press Secretary has finally answered that question. Chuckling at the podium, Sanders explained, "It is obviously a case of talking past each other. The interviewers were asking about our nation's relationship with the Koreas, Israel, and others. The President thought they were asking about hush money payments to mistresses in other countries."
The press corps was speechless for the first time since its inception.
