Paula White - Spiritual Advisor To North Korean President

Prosperity preacher and senior spiritual advisor to President Trump announced this week on TBN that she is free to say that she is also the primary spiritual advisor to N. Korean President, Kim Jung Un. While it may seem a far stretch to imagine a Christian woman having a mentor-disciple role with the infamous dictator, White sees it as “a God thing.”

“I would not have expected it,” says White. “But isn’t that when God is at His best? Apparently several years ago President Un saw me preaching on satellite TV about how sowing into the kingdom of God will result in great success in your life. He started giving to my ministry, and today he is one of the most important leaders in the world.”

White recalls that the communist dictator began calling her to talk about leadership principles, and the relationship began. To those who wonder about how she can support him through counsel considering the atrocities he has performed in his nation, White says it is easier than one might think. “We are people of the Word. And the Word is very clear that we all have messed up. Moses was a murderer. David was an adulterer. Rahab was a prostitute. Noah got drunk. Jonah ran from God. So I believe God can raise people up for such a time as this.”

It isn’t just Kim Jung Un that White looks to reach. She sees the relationship as an open door to convert many. “Just look at the millions of people in North Korea who are living in poverty. They don’t have nice homes, or cars, or food. God doesn’t want them to live like that. I believe that the President will be giving me the opportunity to sell my books in North Korea. Then the people can see what faith can do. I’m very excited about the anointing in this process. It really is a God thing.” White flashes a huge pearly white smile and adds, “As my husband [former Journey band member, Jonathan Cain] would say, ‘Don’t stop believin’.’”
