On International Day Of The Bible Steven Furtick Sort Of Alludes To Bible

Sunday, November 18, 2018 is International Day of the Bible. And in a rare moment, Pastor Steven Furtick of Elevation Church actually referred to the Bible during one of his Sunday morning pep talks.

While he was not actually holding a Bible, and none could be seen in the hands of any of the attendees, at one point during his motivational speech, Furtick said, “The Bible tells us that God already knows you are able to do whatever you set your mind to. He’s just waiting for you to figure it out.”

So, he didn’t really quote the Bible, or read from it. But he did mention it. We have to catch our blessings where we can, folks. Baby steps.

(There are no photos of Furtick actually holding a Bible. So just imagine he is holding one in the above photo. Or as P.S. would say three times, “If you can see it on demand… you can see it in my hand.”)
