Man Running Out Of Things To Protest Is Irate That Taco Bell Will Not Sell Him A Burger
Make Hancock is your average, run of the mill progressive. He's a protester looking for a cause. These days, he is running out of causes. He has already boycotted plastic straws, police officers, and the Constitution this month. But lately he is finding it difficult to find something that hasn't been opposed.
Recently he was in a Taco Bell and asked for a burger. When they told him they don't sell burgers and could not fix him one, he went ballistic and lit them up on Twitter. "I was just in @TacoBell and they won't sell me a burger. I'm guessing it is because I am a black, transgender, Muslim from California. They sell fries. McDonalds sells burritos. So this is obviously a case of discrimination. I am boycotting. Who’s with me?"
Within hours he had 417 LIKES and 92 SHARES. Taco Bell responded by saying, "While we totally support the minority LGBTQ Islamic community, we simply don't have the processes for making or selling burgers. Remember... we think outside the bun."
Hancock plans to go to Starbucks tomorrow and protest the fact that they don't use real pumpkins in their pumpkin spice latte. "Once I realized I could protest stuff that isn't even real, many opportunities opened up for my outrage."
