Group Of People Who Oppose Guns Fight Over Who Will Win Huge Nuclear Arsenal
The Democratic Party candidates for President once again clashed horns in a debate. One of the big issues was about guns. It seems to be a contest to see who can be the most aggressive in regards to gun control. Beto O’Rourke is currently winning that specific contest.
Last night the failed candidate for Texas Senator doubled down on his policies. Asked about a mandatory federal buyback of assault weapons that he has endorsed, O'Rourke delivered one of the night's few memorable lines. "#@!! yes, we're gonna take your AR-15, your AK-47.”
Every candidate is pushing some sort of gun control. And there is a lot at stake. The winner of the 2020 election will have at his or her disposal the entire arsenal of the United States of America. That includes everything from bayonets, to handguns, to rifles, to grenade launchers, to tanks, to weaponized drones, to fighter jets, to bombers, to nuclear missiles, on the ground, in the sky, and in the sea.
“It is life and death for me,” explains candidate Kamala Harris. “If Beto wins, he gets my guns, and he also gets all of the guns in America. I don’t want anyone to have my guns. Could you imagine living and working around Washington, D.C. without protection?”
Candidate, and former Indian-poser Elizabeth Warren weighed in, “First they come for your guns. Then they come for your bows and arrows. I’ve seen it happen. How great would it be for a wannabe Native American to be able to carry the nuclear bowling ball?”
[EDITORIAL NOTE: The nuclear codes are carried in a briefcase for the President of the United States. That is called the ‘nuclear football.’ Not the nuclear bowling ball.]
